Overall we enjoyed the stay with South Nest especially with their friendly staffs
- Clean rooms - good set up with the kitchen in each floor - special elevator friendly set up for wheelchair users - provides self service laundry - convenient and easy to take different transportation to go around with lots of bus stops close by
- no hand soap available in bathrooms - no security bars for the showering stall

What was the highlight of South Nest
Nice hotel, needs some work.
The location was exactly what I wanted — close to buses & restaurants, but away from the hustle & bustle of central Hong Kong! The neighbourhood was great & very walkable. There is a direct bus to/from the airport (A10) for about 50 HKD. It's not as fast as the train, but there's value in traveling direct. The lobby & laundry room were clean, spacious and looked newly renovated. There was a kitchen on each floor & a kitchen off the lobby. The lobby kitchen had a coffee pod machine.
I was a bit confused about my room. On the hotel's website, there is a 360 virtual tour of the hotel & it was filmed in my exact room. So, I suppose I got the room that was literally advertised, even though it didn't match what I was expecting. Unfortunately, it almost felt like I was in a room which had only recently been put back into service — the ledges of the room were covered in thick layers of dust. The bathroom window/ledge was dirty. The room had two locked cabinets (for utilities?) which took up valuable space in an already small room. The bed was wedged in between two walls which made tidying it up/making it was difficult. Because of the layout of the room, I needed to squeeze between the bed & the ledge/TV to get from one end of the room to the other. I am not a large person, but someone heavier might have a difficult time getting to the hangers/desk/coffee/fridge/window area of the room. My room was on an exterior wall. There was construction occurring across the road & I could hear much of it throughout the day. The hallway carpets are dirty/stained. From what I could see of other rooms in the hotel, I think that my particular room was bad. The other rooms looked great! I would have enjoyed my room for 1-2 nights. I stayed for 6 nights and felt very claustrophobic. I have been to HK before and this particular room was small, even by HK standards.

Clean , small room but smart , totally good localization , nice staff . Kitchen on every floor , water from filter . Really nice .
